Integrate NI is protected by UK and International Copyright laws. Reproduction of any part or content of the site, social media or the print publications, such as Affinity, without prior permission constitutes a breach of these laws.
All information on this site and within our print publication, Affinity, has been written, or accepted and placed in good faith. If you feel that your personal copyright has been infringed, please contact us immediately with details, or file a notice of infringing material on firstname.lastname@example.org in order that we may access any material that does not respect our and your copyright requirements.
As part of our response, we may remove or disable access to any material residing on a publication that is controlled or operated by Integrate NI.
Integrate NI does not control content hosted on third party publications, and cannot remove content from publications/sites it does not own or control.
Notice of Infringing Material
To file a notice of infringing material in a publication owned or controlled by Integrate NI, such as Affinity, please provide a notification containing the following details:
- Sufficient details to enable us to identify the work claimed to be infringed or, if multiple works are claimed to be infringed (for example: title, author, date of first publication, any registration and/or a link to the page that contains the material);
- Your contact information so that we can contact you (your full name, telephone number and email address);
- A statement, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you you are the owner of the exclusive right of the material that is alleged to be infringed;
- Your physical or electronic signature.

If material that you have provided to a publication controlled by Integrate NI, such as Affinity, has been taken down due to a filled notice of infringing material, you may file a counter-notification that contains sufficient details and statement proving you as the owner of the exclusive right of the material that is alleged to be infringed, plus your physicla or electronic signature. However, until such times as a legal outcome may be decided, the material may continue to be removed/have disabled access.

Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Integrate NI or its affiliated publications Web site and applications for iPhone, iPad, iPod, and other devices and platforms, hereafter referred to as simply Integrate NI.
Integrate NI occasionally needs to collect information for convenience, practicality, or technical requirements. This information includes:
- The type of device running the application (e.g. an iPhone 5), its platform version (e.g. iOS 6.0), and the version of Integrate NI in use (e.g. 1.0).
- Your current subscription status and basic information, not including credit-card numbers or other payment details.

We use Mailchimp to manage our mailing list. Mailchimp says this about its usage of information about our subscribers:
Your subscriber lists are stored on a secure MailChimp server. We don’t, under any circumstances, sell your lists, contact people on your lists, market to people on your lists, steal your lists, or share your lists with any other party, unless it’s required by law. If someone on your list complains or contacts us, we may then contact that person. Only authorized employees have access to view Distribution Lists. You may export (download) your lists from MailChimp at any time, as long as we have a copy.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to operate Integrate NI and to monitor what information is most sough after, to allow us to continue to provide content of interest,
We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to accomplish Integrate NI’s functionality.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design Integrate NI. For instance, we may make feature decisions based on the percentage of our readership reading certain articles.
We may also share non-identifying and aggregate statistics with potential future advertisers and partners. For instance, we may tell an advertiser or partner how many people visited a certain area on our website, used a certain feature of the website, or viewed a certain issue or article. When information is used in this or a similar manner, we do not disclose anything that could be used to identify the individuals on whom the information is based.

External services beyond Integrate NI’s control are integrated with Integrate NI where necessary, such as Google Analytics for traffic measurement and tracking. Integrate NI makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all integrated external services are trustworthy and reputable, but we cannot be held responsible for data collection and usage by such services.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
